When you first install Sing & See, it will ask you to register the
installation with our web server singandsee.com. Registration protects
your investment in Sing &
See by ensuring that we can provide you with service updates to the software
and access to support. If you require a registration code, please
contact
us.
Registration Process
- Run the Registration Wizard. This is provided as an optional step
during installation, or at a later time it can be accessed on the Help
menu
(Sing & See will operate for 14 days after installation,
to
give
you enough time to contact us
and request a registration code).
- Enter your personal Registration Code. This will have been provided
to you when you purchased the software:
- If you purchased a boxed set the code is printed on the CD cover
slip
- If you purchased Sing & See directly over the internet, the code
will have been e-mailed to you
- If you obtained your copy of Sing & See from your teacher or school
you should have been given a code.
- The Hardware signature for your computer is automatically generated
and will appear on the form
- Enter your name and contact details so that we can notify you when
we update the software or release new features. Important - we will not
sell your details or send you anything except for information regarding
Sing & See
updates.
- Send the form to us for validation of the Registration Code. You can
do this in several ways:
- Internet: Click on the "Register by internet" button
and the form will be transmitted to our secure servers.
- Email: Click on the "Register by Email" button and
an email message containing the registration information will be
generated and sent
to your email program.
- Mail/FAX: Click on the "Print Form" button, and post
or FAX the form to us at the address provided.
- When we have validated your registration code, a licence activation file
will be sent to you, by the same method you used to send the form to
us.
